Target Encoder

Target Encoder® is a secure, user-friendly, web-based coding tool, to code CRF terms faster and easier to MedDRA and WHODD. The system provides an interface that allows users to do automatic and manual encoding.

• Limit System Access – Provides access to authorized users (coder, monitor, and administrator).
• 21 CFR Part 11 – Compliant with federal mandate for electronic record systems.
• MedDRA and WHO Versions – Compatible with multiple versions of dictionary (identified with version number on Encoder screens).
• MedDRA Dictionary – Medical event terms and associated coding information dictionary published by MSSO.
• WHO Drug Dictionary – Medical product dictionary published by UMC.
• User Defined Dictionary (UDD) – Manually coded repository of CRF terms that is categorized by studies.
• Input Files – Accepts data from multiple input tables derived from multiple studies.
• Output – Generates a database table of manually coded terms and a source database table.
• Reports – Generates a list Coded Table and Glossary.
